I’m Tony Lowe—a coach, speaker, and facilitator who helps people find clarity, reclaim agency, and communicate from a place of deeper truth. I work with individuals and leaders at moments of transition, when what used to work no longer fits and new ways are calling.
Much of my work centers on helping clients discover and articulate what they actually want and how they want to live—especially when navigating complexity, vulnerability, or high-stakes situations. Whether I’m coaching a keynote speaker, an executive, or any private client, my approach blends emotional intelligence, narrative craft, and strategy to support meaningful, lasting change.
I bring decades of experience in experiential learning and leadership development. For well over ten years, I served as a Senior Program Leader and coach with the award-winning Challenge Day program, facilitating transformational work with youth and adults across the U.S. and internationally and still coach their facilitation team. I am currently an Enrollment Counselor and Training and Operations Coordinator at the Hoffman Institute, and will be joining the teaching faculty there in late 2026.
I have been a featured speaker at universities, national conferences, and nonprofit events addressing education, mental health, navigating conflict, maintaining empathy, and embodying authentic leadership.
Alongside my coaching and facilitation work, I’m also a musician and bandleader, with releases on Dischord, DC Jam, and Adult Swim. An artist’s sensibility informs my intuitive, human-centered coaching style, and I love working with musicians and performers.
